The Phase 3 of the Check the Label Campaign is promoting the family support services around the borough.
The campaign focus is on the following four themes:
Family Learning campaign
Family learning helps parents understand how their children learn and encouraging families to learn together. Family learning activities are available around the borough where parents, grandparents and children can learn together to achieve best outcomes for children.
Services for families for children with disabilities campaign
Finding the right service for a disabled child is not always easy. There are a number of professionals that can help parents and carers to find suitable provision for their child.
Childcare and back to work campaign
Families Information Service helps parents and carers to choose suitable childcare if working or going back to work or training. We can advise parents on types, cost and location of childcare, help available for paying for childcare and services that help parents in going back to work or training.
