Future PoliticsWith Future Politics (FP), young people who feel like their political voice cannot be heard, or lack a basic awareness of political issues and thought, can find a place that will enhance their awareness, be able contribute to politically-motivated discussion, or perhaps focus on a particular area of interest. My aim is to create a two-dimensional (fully intertwined) project called Future Politics, one strand focused on a fully autonomous website. However, just like a vinyl release, there is a flipside. The other, fundamental element I want with FP, is to take it to schools in the hope of holding forums and debates, or maybe discussing FP in class, partly to educate, or maybe reinforce what I want with the project, and discuss how young people can get involved. This questionnaire is for a snapshot of political thought of young people in the borough of Lambeth which will ultimately shape my research into this important area.
